Our “Beat Any Price” guarantee is simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

1. Like-for-Like Items: To qualify for our price guarantee, the items and services you are comparing must be equivalent. This means that we will only match prices for similar funeral packages and other services. We believe that it’s crucial to ensure that you are comparing apples with apples to provide an accurate assessment of value.

 

2. Itemised Quotes: To take advantage of our price guarantee, we require an itemised quote from the other funeral home emailed through to us. This quote should clearly outline who it is for or your name, the date of the quote, all the services and products included in the package. An itemised breakdown allows us to understand the specifics of the services being offered and ensures that we are making a fair comparison.

3. Comparing Elements: If the quote you provide does not include all the same elements as our offerings, we will work with you to ensure that we are making an accurate comparison. Our team is dedicated to transparency, and we will explain any differences in services or products that may affect the overall pricing.

4. Item Availability: In the event that we cannot access the same coffin or casket as specified in the competing quote, we will offer you a similar style from another supplier. This ensures that you still receive a comparable product that meets your needs and preferences.

5. Altered Quotes: If we feel the quote is fake or has been altered in anyway, we have the right to call the funeral home to verify, or not accept the funeral.
