So what actually happens?
Once your loved one has passed, they will then come into our gentle care from their place of death.
We then book in a date and time at our chapel.
We then gather all the documentation from the coroners or hospital.
We then come together to sign some documents to authorise the cremation.
The service will take place.
Cremation will then take place within 2hr - 48hours after service
(allowing for weekends and time of service)
The ashes will then be ready to collect 48hours following cremation from our office.
