Please join the family to help celebrate the life of Jack Jagtenberg

Please ensure you RSVP for COVID requirements and also catering purposes.

Parking:

- plenty of parking in the streets nearby or at the function centre next door.  The carpark will be closed for family access and Hearse only

Disabled access:

- if you need access, please come to the gates and staff member will be able to assist you.

- if you are feeling unwell, or have any symptoms on the day, please do not attend the service.

- All guest are to wear Face Mask as it is an indoor event, unless you have an exemption.
